Conclusions

      The two-dimensional tracking task & correlogram analysis provide a rich source of data concerning anisotropy in the oculomotor system.

      The method provides fine time scale information about visual processing not easily obtained from traditional psychophysical methods.

      The picture will become clearer as more detailed models are applied.
