A Very Simple Tracking Model (as described in VSS '02 abstract)

                  Pursuit:    Smooth eye velocity is delayed and attenuated copy of stimulus



                  Saccade Generator:    jump when (delayed) position error exceeds a threshold



                  Result:    inclusion of saccades reduces correlation magnitude,

                                      but does not affect shape (trust me)
